Head Noise

Imagine heading into 2025 without hearing the same mean shit you've been saying to yourself for years

Head Noise is a webinar to help move the hissing voice of Voldemort out of your head, and replace it with the voice of someone much kinder (think Mother Theresa meets Dolly Parton.)

Are you good company for yourself? Or is the voice in your head reciting a laundry list of all the ways you suck

 

We all need good company, and the person you spend most time with is YOU, so it makes sense to enjoy that companionship right?

There was a time when I would say things to myself I would NEVER let anyone say to my friends. (It was like having Voldemort living rent free in the basement of my mind).

When you figure out how to deal with your inner mean voice, you might:

 

  • Write and publish a book, or paint and hang solo art shows (both those happened for me)

  • Spend more time with people who get you (and less with the ones who make you feel 'bleh')

  •  Ask for the job you really want (one of my clients did, and they got the job!) 

  • Take that salsa dancing class â€‹

  • Start learning to paint

  • Stop being secretary of the organisation that is sucking your soul

What would you love to be doing but don't, because you have a thousand reasons you can't?

How much? For free! Because we can't affect a total transformation in one hour, but we can get you started. Then, if you're keen to dig deeper, you can pay me for a class or one on one coaching. There's no obligation for you to do that though. I just love talking about this stuff and will leap at any opportunity to have a conversation about it.
