SHIPPING INFORMATION
For books, stationery and unframed works on paper, flat rate regular shipping is $10 wide and Express Post shipping is $15 Australia wide.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible - I am a one woman show and live in the middle of a paddock, so that may mean it’s a few days before your purchase gets to the Post Office. You will be notified once your order has been processed. Please allow 10 to 15 days for regular delivery.
International shipping is possible, please contact me for a quote. Large paintings will be removed from framing, carefully rolled and shipped in a tube.

Free pick up from Theodore is available, email to arrange day and time. The studio is not open to the public.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Your order can be returned and a full refund issued if an incorrect or faulty product is supplied. Please email traceyhewitt@iinet.net.au within 7 days of delivery, briefly outlining the problem.

Returned items must be delivered to PO Box 78, Theodore Qld 4719, Australia and be unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, and I recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Please check your order carefully upon receipt, especially if the package appears damaged externally. If your package or its contents are visibly damaged upon receipt notify the shipper immediately as you probably have a claim with them.
